Champro Christmas Tree Running Spikes are designed to maximize the energy return on the track. The Christmas tree design also known as a compression tier, uses a terraced shape with a flat end to compress rather than penetrate the track. The spike then uses the tracks reaction to return energy to the runner, increasing the runners speed.
